Terms of Commercial Supply

Effective Date: January 1, 2026 · Standard B2B & Export Conditions

1. Quotations, Pricing & Orders

All quotations generated via the Custom Configurator or submitted by our export desk remain valid for thirty (30) calendar days from issuance. Production schedules and material reservations commence upon receipt of confirmed purchase order (PO) and agreed initial deposit.

2. Prototyping & Pre-Production Approval

Pre-production approval samples (Golden Samples) are dispatched via express international courier for client inspection. Mass manufacturing commences only after written client approval of physical sample specs, stitching tolerance, and colorfastness swatches.

3. Manufacturing Tolerances & Quality Standards

All goods are produced under ISO 9001:2015 quality protocols. In line with international textile and precision manufacturing norms, a dimensional tolerance of ±1.5% and fabric weight variation of ±5 GSM is accepted across standard apparel runs. Industrial metal components adhere to the specific engineering blueprint tolerances (up to ±0.01mm).

4. Incoterms, Shipping & Title Transfer

Shipments are executed under agreed International Commercial Terms (Incoterms 2020), primarily FOB Karachi, CIF Destination Port, or DDP (Door-to-Door Delivery). Risk of loss and title transfer are governed by the specified Incoterm on the commercial bill of lading.

5. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

Commercial contracts are governed by international trade arbitration conventions and the jurisdiction agreed in the bilateral OEM Master Supply Agreement.
