1. Scope & B2B Data Collection
Skinz Sourcing ("Skinz Sourcing", "we", "us", or "our") operates this commercial web portal to facilitate business-to-business (B2B) manufacturing inquiries, OEM prototyping, and containerized export coordination. We collect technical specifications, corporate contact information, and business credentials provided voluntarily through our Custom Portal, RFQ forms, and Private Label partnership inquiries.
2. Proprietary Tech-Pack & Blueprint Security
We treat all client CAD drawings, vector logos, sizing schedules, and proprietary fabric blends as strictly confidential. Digital design assets uploaded to our platform are stored on encrypted servers and accessible exclusively by our technical prototyping engineers and production managers under signed confidentiality protocols.
3. Non-Disclosure & Intellectual Property Protection
Skinz Sourcing does not manufacture, market, or distribute counterfeit or unauthorized branded goods. Any brand marks, custom trim designs, and patented patterns provided by clients remain the exclusive intellectual property of the respective client. Mutual Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) are routinely executed prior to sample prototyping.
4. International Data Transfers & Compliance
Customer communications and export documents are processed in accordance with international commercial law, GDPR standards for EU-based partners, and export compliance regulations governed by the Trade Development Authority of Pakistan (TDAP) and customs authorities worldwide.
